XoraMarket Shipping Policy

Effective Date: August 22, 2025


1. Processing & Fulfillment

  • All XoraMarket products are produced in limited quantities and undergo strict quality control before shipping.

  • Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, please allow 2–3 weeks (14–21 business days) for processing and fulfillment after your order is placed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, order size, and carrier rates.

  • We primarily use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Expedited shipping options (if available) do not reduce the 2–3 week processing time — they only shorten carrier delivery times once the package has shipped.


3. Delivery Estimates

  • Standard delivery within the U.S. generally takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • International delivery times vary but may take 7–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on customs clearance and carrier delays.

  • Please note: these are estimates and not guaranteed. MagzSki is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or other factors outside our control once the order leaves our facility.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


5. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from MagzSki are made under a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for items passes to you once the carrier receives the package.


6. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Orders

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Undeliverable orders returned to us may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.


7. Pre-Orders & Exclusive Drops

  • For pre-orders or limited drops, shipping times may vary. Estimated shipping timelines will be communicated on the product page.

  • Please note that all drop items are subject to the same 2–3 week fulfillment period unless otherwise stated.
